4.2 Reasons for Ban/Freeze: Any of the following may warrant an account ban/freeze:

• Using multiple accounts or more than one account per household.
• Receiving offer chargebacks.
• Completing offers on another user's account.
• Using any type of VPN, VPS, or Emulator software.
• Completing many offers in a short space of time.
• Completing suspicious offers with a high rate of chargebacks.

5. Payment Holds

5.1 Hold Rights: We reserve the right to temporarily hold your payment at any time. This may occur if our review team finds your account activities suspicious.

5.2 Duration: We reserve the right to hold payments for up to 90 days if the issue is related to offer completion.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Eligibility: You may receive a refund if there is an error on our app/site. Any other errors, such as those related to PayPal, Coinbase, Binance, or BTC, or mistakes inputting withdrawal addresses are outside our control and are not eligible for a refund from us. You would need to contact the provider directly to obtain a refund.

6.2 Banned Accounts: We cannot refund coins for withdrawals to a banned or limited PayPal account. However, if you contact PayPal and arrange for the transaction to be refunded back into our account, we will refund your coins once we receive the funds back.
